Having flashcards is a nice addition, in my opinion, to facilitating retention of the material presented in the text.I like the approach of providing introductory cards to the set that will cover and explain some of the basic information related to bones and muscles instead of just providing bone and muscle cards. I like the fact that there will be cross reference page numbers on the cards with the text. The cards could easily be used for musculoskeletal anatomy, general anatomy and physiology, and used as a quick reference and review in kinesiology.
