As a new volume in the Advances in Surgical Pathology series, this book will provide a concise and updated review of brain cancer pathologic diagnoses with emphasis on practical issues and recent developments in the field. Each chapter will address the basic diagnostic features, differential diagnoses, and diagnostic pitfalls. The book will also provide a practical and a quick review of recent developments in immunohistochemistry and molecular testing in the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment.
