This book is intended to be a practical reference for students, residents, fellows and attending surgeons engaged in the treatment of patients who have undergone hip replacement surgery. The text uses “how to” approach for many of the complex issues in total hip arthroplasty. It is devoted to issues relating to primary total hip arthroplasty – from simple to the most complex. The first part of the book includes surgical approaches and outlining tips and pearls during the surgical procedure.
